EWTN’s Programs

At EWTN, our mission will always remain the same: telling the world about Jesus and His Church. As we continue this work, we understand that the world is changing, and we need to reach people where they are. We want every person in the world to know our incredible Faith. With EWTN+, this is becoming a reality. And this is possible because of the support of you, our EWTN Family.

Whether old programs or new, everything that airs on EWTN has to follow one rule. “Any content we have always has to follow our mission statement and be aligned with the mission, which is the advancement of truth,” says Peter Gagnon, EWTN’s President of EWTN Studios. “As long as we’re advancing truth from a truly Catholic perspective in line with the Magisterium, I think we’re continuing Mother’s mission.”

Liturgical Seasons

It is therefore Jesus Christ Himself who is the source as well as the object of the liturgy; and hence the ecclesiastical year, which we have undertaken to explain in this work, is neither more nor less than the manifestation of Jesus Christ and His mysteries, in the Church and in the faithful soul.
