We hope that this special resource will help remind you of a different aspect of our Mother, opening your heart and drawing you closer to her maternal arms and also to her Son, Jesus Christ. We trust that the following pages will bring your heart closer under her mantle, as we share a few of the beautiful and befitting names bestowed upon the Blessed Virgin Mary.
The Novena in honor of the Holy Spirit is the oldest of all Novenas, since it was first made at the direction of our Lord Himself when He sent His apostles back to Jerusalem to await the coming of the Holy Spirit on the first Pentecost.
It is still the only Novena officially prescribed by the Catholic Church. Addressed to the Third Person of the Blessed Trinity, it is a powerful plea for the light, strength, and love so sorely needed by every Christian, especially in these challenging times.
Through these Marian quotes, reflections, and prayers in this book, we pray that you will learn more about our Mother Mary and grow in greater devotion to her.
As you meditate on the Scripture passages in this free eBook, we hope you imagine what the disciples felt as they witnessed the resurrected Christ, listened to His teachings, received His instructions, and then watched Him ascend into Heaven.
May God bless you, and may you have a blessed Feast of the Ascension.
When you sign up, we’ll send you reflections from Fr. Joseph Mary Wolfe, MFVA, Chaplain of EWTN, each Sunday of Advent and during the Christmas season. In addition, we’ll send you a beautiful free eBook including all the reflections.

Our Lord is a good Father. He invites us into life with Him and longs for us to answer His call. At times we may not understand the call, but through prayer and discernment, we must allow ourselves to be led by the Holy Spirit.
With this resource, we hope to invite you to see the beauty in answering God’s call when He asks something of you.
The original twelve Apostles are to be greatly admired. They were among the first to answer Jesus’ call, aside from Mary and Joseph, and spent the most time with Him, learning from God firsthand what it means to be truly human. Thus, from the Apostles, we can learn many lessons and many examples of virtue. We can also learn from their mistakes and struggles.
We hope you enjoy this resource and are inspired by it to follow the example of the Apostles in their love and faithfulness to Christ.
From Genesis, we learn of the goodness of work. “The Lord God took the man and put him in the Garden of Eden to till it and keep it.” (Genesis 2:15) God commanded man to work, and in work, there is great merit! While it may seem that prayer and work can be contradictory, our Lord shows us how daily labor can offer us opportunities to grow ever closer to the Divine.
This eBook encourages you to unite with Christ as you perform your daily tasks. You will learn what Scripture, the Church, and our friends, the Saints, have said about manual labor and its dignity.

In preparation for this Feast of Divine Mercy, Our Lord asked that the faithful pray a novena, beginning on Good Friday. Each day of the novena has a different intention that is dear to the Heart of Jesus, including all sinners, priests and Religious, souls of children, those in Purgatory, and finally lukewarm souls.
As we meditate on each of these prayers throughout the nine days, we will come to a better understanding of Our Lord and His love for mankind, the Divine Mercy that He pours out on each one of us.
This eBook discusses several miracles that took place throughout the Gospel of Mark, including the healing of the blind man, Jesus calming the seas, and Jesus walking on water.
It is our prayer that this resource will bring you closer to the Lord.
